I’m not taking my pre-supplements today.. I’m going to go for a week or two without them and see how I feel. I don’t want to re-purchase them. Hm, maybe I’ll throw the rest of the batch in a giveaway or give it to a friend.
I don’t want to have lost any strength. I HIGHLY doubt I did, but we’ll see :(
Almost lost my lifting shoes. Yeah, that was terrifying. Turns out when Eric organized and cleaned the other day, he threw them into a shoe bin for me. I found them :)
Debating on throwing about 20 minutes of HIIT into my training now. For some fat loss. I might go lift, then hit the reservoir for that.
Also need to pick up my BC pills.. and maybe a cooler.. newest issue of M&FH.. hmm :)
Okay, finishing up my Greek yogurt, then hitting the gym. I need to get my apartment cleaned!
Eric and I spent the day cuddling and watching movies. We ended up walking for over an hour to go to the grocery store and back. My dumbass wore flip flops so now I have two blisters >.< Came home and fell asleep for a bit. Then cuddled more and I’m in bed.. and he’s gone :(
I get so emotional when he leaves for work on Sunday nights, knowing that I won’t really spend anymore time with him until Friday night around 11. It’s sad to me, but that’s okay.
We talked about moving to Texas soon ;)
Oh, and hitting the gym in the morning! First time in two-ish weeks :) Can I GET A ‘GET IT GIIIIIRL!’?

Alright…… I’m ready for the gym now!
Dana Linn Bailey is the first ever physique competitor. Physique is one division below female bodybuilding (meaning slightly less muscular.. but still much more muscular than the figure, fitness and bikini divisions). She is very muscular, but she has worked YEARS and YEARS lifting extremely heavy weight for this amount of muscle.. you won’t pick up a weight and look like her the next day (as much as some of us may want to!).
Performing compound exercises like this back to back takes a MAJOR toll on your energy and muscles (in a good way)! Not to mention it burns a TON of calories!!! The amount of weight she is lifting for 20 reps is pretty impressive =)
If you weren’t inspired to push yourself in the gym before.. this video will do it. She is so badass!
